1. COMMISSION
Commission is 10% of the discounted subtotal on orders under $35, and 15% on orders of
$35 or more. The $35 threshold matches our free-shipping threshold, so building a basket
that ships free also earns the higher rate. Commission is calculated on the subtotal after
discounts (excluding shipping and taxes). The current rate card is published on our
affiliate page.
2. ATTRIBUTION
Referrals are tracked with a 30-day cookie and a unique discount code. Last-click
attribution applies. Only one coupon code may be used per order.
3. CONFIRMATION AND PAYOUT
Orders remain pending for 30 days (our return window) before commission is confirmed.
Refunded or cancelled orders do not earn commission. Confirmed balances of $25 or more are
paid via PayPal by the 15th of the following month. PayPal fees are covered by colorpoem.
4. EXCLUDED PRODUCTS
120g Bath Loofah earns 0% commission. Discount codes apply only to the products listed in
the affiliate materials — if a code is used on another item, that item is simply charged
at full price.
5. DISCLOSURE (REQUIRED)
You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship in every piece of
content, not only in your bio or on one post. Use clear wording such as "I earn a
commission if you buy through my link," placed where it is seen before the call to action,
plus the platform's paid-partnership label. Unclear or hidden disclosures are grounds for
immediate removal from the program.
6. CONTENT RULES
Do not make health, medical or antimicrobial claims about our products. Specifically, do
not use: antibacterial, kills 99.9%, kills bacteria, germ-free, prevents bacterial growth,
or any claim that a product treats, cures or improves a skin condition (including acne,
eczema or psoriasis). Do not describe products as safe or specially suitable for pregnancy,
sensitive skin or any medical condition. Describe what the products are made of and how
they feel — not what they do to a user's body. Violation ends the partnership immediately
and unpaid commission on the affected content is forfeited.
7. PROHIBITED PRACTICES
The following are not permitted and will result in removal:
· Bidding on colorpoem, colorpoems, or any confusingly similar term in paid search or paid
social.
· Posting codes to coupon, cashback, deal-aggregator or "voucher" sites.
· Buying through your own affiliate link, or arranging purchases for the purpose of earning
commission.
· Bulk unsolicited email, comment spam, or any messaging that violates CAN-SPAM.
· Using our brand name, logo or product photos outside the supplied brand kit.
8. TAX
US-based affiliates earning $600 or more in a calendar year will be issued a 1099-NEC and
must provide a completed W-9.
9. APPROVAL, SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
We may decline any application. An approved affiliate remains in the program at our
discretion. We may suspend or terminate participation, withhold or reverse commission, and
remove a link or code at any time if these terms are breached, if traffic appears fraudulent
or incentivised, or if the affiliate's activity puts our store or brand at risk. Commission
earned on violating content is forfeited, as described in Sections 6 and 7. You may leave
the program at any time by emailing support@colorpoems.com; commission already confirmed
will still be paid on the normal schedule.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the brand name, product
photos and copy supplied in the brand kit, for the sole purpose of promoting colorpoem
while you are an active affiliate. The licence ends when your participation ends. Do not
alter, crop or overlay our product images in ways that misrepresent the product, and do not
use our assets to promote anything else.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of US.
12. CHANGES
We may update commission rates, this rate card or these terms with 14 days' notice.
Continued participation after the notice date means you accept the updated terms.
